These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of GlobeIPTV's website and IPTV subscription service. By subscribing to or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use GlobeIPTV only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not share, resell, redistribute, or publicly broadcast your subscription credentials or stream content, attempt to reverse-engineer our service, or use it in any way that violates applicable law or infringes on third-party rights. Accounts found engaging in abuse or unauthorized resale may be suspended without refund.
Subscription Plans & Billing
GlobeIPTV offers the following fixed-price subscription plans:
- 1 Month — $20, billed once for 30 days of access
- 3 Months — $40, billed once for 90 days of access
- 6 Months — $50, billed once for 180 days of access
- 12 Months — $80, billed once for 365 days of access
All plans are prepaid and billed as a one-time payment for the selected period — there are no automatic recurring charges. To renew or change plans, simply contact us on WhatsApp before or after your current period ends.
Free Trial Terms
New customers may request a 24-hour free trial to test our service. The trial requires no payment information and is limited to one trial per customer or household. We reserve the right to limit or decline trial requests suspected of abuse.
Service Availability Disclaimer
We work hard to maintain excellent uptime and target 99.9% server availability, but streaming services depend on many factors outside our control, including your internet connection, device, and third-party network conditions. We make best efforts to keep the service running smoothly but do not guarantee uninterrupted or 100% error-free access at all times.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GlobeIPTV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service, including temporary outages, content availability changes, or third-party service disruptions. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for your current subscription period.
Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to your subscription if these Terms are violated, including unauthorized sharing or resale of the service. You may stop using GlobeIPTV at any time; since plans are prepaid for a fixed period, no partial refunds are provided for early cancellation unless required by law.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our service or legal requirements. Continued use of GlobeIPTV after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend checking this page periodically.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by general principles of applicable consumer protection and contract law, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes should first be raised with our support team so we can work toward a fair resolution.
